Anti-aging…?

I am 29 and wondering what kind of anti-aging creams or treatments might be a good fit for my age group. I look forward to this and to help prevent wrinkles before they start to show, as I have not (seen Thank God!) I want to play the game. Any suggestions?

My half-sister is a model in New York and one of the secrets she taught me was coconut oil.
You can rub coconut oil under your eyes to prevent crows feet and dark circles and on your face and hands to prevent age spots and wrinkles.
Any moisturizer that contains sunscreen is great in preventing wrinkles.
I have so many products in my bathroom (I like to try it all…lol). I currently wash my face with Olay Regenerist and then use the Thermal Skin Polisher (which heats up with water, it’s like a mini chemical peel). I moisturize with Loreal Wrinkle Decrease. My foundation has a spf. My routine changes constantly.
I also love Clinique’s Dramatically Different moisturizer and Dermalogica’s Active Moist.
The key is to eat right, drinks lots of water, and moisturize
